Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Melbourne MAMA Creative Space services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Melbourne MAMA Creative Space provides podcast studio rental, production services, creator incubation, and content IP development. All services are subject to availability and our internal policies.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment
Payment is required as per the agreed pricing plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Content produced at our studio remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Melbourne MAMA Creative Space retains the right to use anonymized production data for internal improvement purposes.
6. Code of Conduct
All clients and visitors are expected to treat our staff, equipment, and space with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
Melbourne MAMA Creative Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
